My day usually starts at 5:00 AM and normally doesn't shut down until 11:00 PM. Its no wonder, that when my head hits the pillow, its only a matter a minutes before I'm fast asleep. A certain amount of stress is normal, too much stress can be harmful to both your physical and mental health. Thanks to our British mates, we have National Slacker Day, which those of us in the USA changed to the politically correct National Relaxation Day-August 15th. Yes, today, Friday, August 15th is National Relaxation Day. Probably wish you had taken today off from work, right? Oh well put it in your calendar for next year.

So this brings to question, what are some of your fast and easy ways to relax? What are some of your favorite products used to relax?  I have posted in the past about my DIY Spa Nights. When I want to relax, I pamper myself, I find it very relaxing to just spend time taking care of my hair, my nails, my body, my face, and my feet...

I was recently sent some products from Neutrogena to help with my relaxation process. A couple of these products I am familiar with and already know that I love them.  The other two are new to me, so I can't wait to give them a try.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The first is a long time favorite, the Neutrogena Body Oil with the light sesame formula-Fragrance Free.  While some add this oil directly to their bath water, my preference is to apply it to damp skin and pat dry.  It leave my skin feeling soft, moisturized buy not greasy.
The next product received, is one I already keep in my handbag, Neutrogena Norwegian Hand Creme.  I participated in the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream 7-Day Challenge late last year and prior to that, this had been a tried and true hand cream.
The other two products are the Neutrogena Rainbath Renewing Shower and Bath Gel. The scent is Pear & Green Tea. I would describe the scent as a crisp lemon-lime, but not overpowering.  In addition to using as a shower or bath gel, it can also be used as a shave gel.
The last product is the Neutrogena Triple Repair Fortifying Leave-In Treatment. It claims to mend split ends, strengthen dry, brittle hair and protect fro breakage.  Its also safe for color-treated hair and also acts as a heat protectant up to 400 degrees.  I'll certainly be trying this on my next wash day.
Each of these products can be easily found at your local Walmart, Walgreen, CVS, Ulta, along with many other local store or online at Drugstrore.com.
So with these products, my body, hair, and hands are taken care of.  Add to this my favorite facial scrub and mask along with a manicure, my DIY at-home Day of Relaxation will be complete.  Add to this a nap, and I am relaxed!
So when you want to really just slow down, and relax what do you do?
 Grace, Peace, Joy & Blessings.
